Mark Puli
Chief Executive Officer
Mark was appointed CEO in January 2012 after initially joining the organisation as CFO in November 2009.
|
For the past 20 years, Mark has worked in financial services and has held senior roles at Aviva Australia, Merrill Lynch Investment Management and Mercer. His solid background has also covered superannuation, investment platforms, funds management, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, product development and accounting.
Mark is a Fellow of CPA Australia, with a Masters Degree in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne, and both post graduate and undergraduate qualifications in industrial relations and economics.

Alan Mollison
Chief Financial Officer
Behind his role as Chief Financial Officer for ESSSuper, Alan has 30+ years of experience in finance and investments.
|
Drawing experience from Australia and offshore, Alan has held senior finance positions at IOOF, MLC, and divisions of Wesfarmers and Amcor. He has also held senior roles in the private SME sector and worked overseas in the U.K. for several years at HSBC, James Capel and a global investment trust.
As Chief Financial Officer of ESSSuper. His role encompasses Group Finance, Scheme Pricing, Investment Management, and Taxation.
In particular, Mr. Mollison has experience in financial management and control, retail and wholesale funds management, treasury, balance sheet management, commercial funding, risk assessment, acquisitions, divestments and investment banking.
Further to his experience, Mr Mollison also has qualifications in B.Bus. Acct., FCPA, F Fin, FAICD.

Penny Snow
General Manager People & Culture
Penny joined ESSSuper in 2006 to help shape the amazing culture all our staff share today.

Prior to ESSSuper, Penny was the HR Manager at South East Water and has over 20 years of senior level HR experience in the corporate and government sectors including Ansett Australia, National Mutual, Siemens and more recently within the Victorian Public Sector.
Penny ensures she’s up to date with superannuation industry and HR developments through FEAL, AIM, and AHRI memberships.

Brian Frazer
General Manager Legal & Compliance
Brian is the Board Secretary and General Manager Legal & Compliance.
|
Brian’s current role leads the Division providing the business with legal services, a compliance and risk management culture, a complaints management process, as well as overseeing the internal audit function. Brian also assists the Board in responding to its prudential governance requirements.
In addition, Brian holds the position of Secretary to the Parliamentary Trustee, the board responsible for the management of the defined benefit superannuation entitlements of Members of the Victorian Parliament.
Brian has over 20 years experience in management positions in the superannuation industry. He has also been a member of the Association of Superannuation Funds Australia (ASFA) Victorian State Executive Management Division for over 10 years and is a Fellow of ASFA.

Todd Johnson
General Manager of Operations
Todd has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.

Todd is the General Manager of Operations covering functions including Information Technology, Customer Reporting, Process Improvement, Administration and our Member Service Centre.
Todd has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and which includes various Operational roles at AXA, Aviva and MLC.
Prior to joining ESSSuper, Todd was the Head of Service for MLC Wrap Platforms for over 3 years.

General Manager Member Engagement
Greg has 20 years experience in banking and financial services.

Greg is the General Manager of Member Engagement, covering member education, marketing, financial planning and our outbound call centre team.
Prior to joining ESSSuper, Greg was the Head of Financial Planning at Bendigo Bank.
Greg has 20 years experience in banking and financial services, spanning advice, product management and customer relationship management and holds an MBA.
