Ease of Administration
State super employers have access to our Cessation Online facility and our secure web based exchange system EmployerDirect that allows the:
- viewing of ESSSuper members’ super records,
- submission of member and employer contribution payments,
- updating of member and employer information,
- running of up to the minute employee data reports.
Go to the EmployerDirect site to log in, register or find out more about how to use the site. EmployerDirect also provides you with access to our employer manual, employer forms and employer newsletter.
As a participating ESSSuper employer, you are assigned a skilled professional Superannuation Consultant who will work with you to assist with your superannuation issues.
Emergency services employers currently send contributions via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and email the member details. During the next year we will be gradually moving emergency services employers to the EmployerDirect platform.
If you are a non participating employer (i.e. not an emergency services or Government employer) submitting “Choice of Fund” Superannuation Guarantee and or member contributions on behalf of ESSSuper members, you have the ability to do so via Bpay and EFT. During the next year we expect to roll out the EmployerDirect Platform to our non participating employers. For further details please contact us on our Employer Assistance Line 1300 768 776.
