Investment Performance

Changing your investment option

Everyone’s retirement goals are different. How you reach them can depend on your super investment mix. If you want to change your current investment mix, you can do it here.

If you are in the Accumulation Plan or Beneficiary Account or have a Working Income Stream or Retirement Income Stream (including spouse members), you have the flexibility to change your investment option.

Before changing

Check out the investment performance of the option you’re interested in.  Always keep in mind that super is a long term investment and that investment performance will fluctuate.

 Question Marks

It’s always important to know what kind of investor you are; try the Risk Profile Questionnaire in our 'Thinking of changing investment options?' brochure.

How do you change your investment option?

To change your investment option, simply complete the relevant investment options change form. Refer to the 'Your next steps' panel located to the right.

How often can you change your option?

You can change your investment strategy on a monthly basis but you must submit your form by the 20th day of the preceding month for your change to be effective from the 1st of the next month.

Start making salary sacrifice contributions, choose the appropriate method based on your fund.
