ESSSuper wishes to advise that Mark Puli, our Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Acting CEO by the Board. He will continue in the role until the executive search process, which will commence shortly, has been completed.

Mark's appointment as Acting CEO follows the resignation of Michael Dundon. We recognise and thank Michael for his outstanding commitment as CEO over the last two years.

Mark has the strong support of staff, the Executive Team and the Board.
