SuperRatings, an independent financial services research company, recently announced their ratings of Superannuation and Income Stream products for 2012.

SuperRatings research over 450 different superannuation products and 150 income stream products each year to find the best value for money options for Australians.

ESSSuper's products were given the following ratings in the latest SuperRatings announcement:

• Accumulation Plan - Platinum (top 15% of funds) for the third consecutive year.
• Income Stream - Platinum (top 25% of funds) for the fourth consecutive year. 
• Beneficiary Account - Platinum (top 15%) for the first time.
