Updating your personal details


Have your personal details changed in any way? They could impact your super so let us know about them with the relevant forms here.

Changing address?

Moved house?  Please let us know as soon as you can.

 

You can submit a Change of Personal Details form or call us to make the change. Alternatively, if you have a member online account you can update your details yourself.

Changed your name?

If you have changed your name, you will also need to complete the Change of Personal Details form and you will need to include supporting documents such as a certified copy of your marriage certificate or deed poll. A certified copy is a copy of the original document that has been signed as a true copy by an appropriate person such as a Justice of the Peace or a Police Officer.

 

Changed your bank account details?

Changed the bank account details your pension is paid into?  To change your bank details you will need to complete a Change of Bank Details form (refer to the 'Your Next Steps' panel on the right side of this screen). Your new bank account must be in your name (or jointly in your name).

Important: So that you don’t miss out on a pension payment we recommend that you don’t close your old bank account until you receive an ESSSuper payment into your new bank account.
