And we're easy to contact too. You can call, email, write, fax or come in and talk to us. We even do workplace visits, so if there are a few of you who have questions then contact us and we'll come out and see you. 

Why you should talk to us

Whilst it’s important to have a financial adviser or accountant, it’s also important to talk to the people who manage your super. ESSSuper manages unique funds; these funds were specifically set up to cater for those who serve our communities. You wouldn’t go to Westpac to talk about your Commonwealth Bank account; similarly you need to talk to us about your super.

Planning for your retirement

There’s a lot you can do well ahead of your retirement date so start planning early.

If you have 5 years (or less) to retirement...

• Prepare a budget and see how much extra you can afford to put towards super, try our budget planner  
• Register for a member seminar
• Meet with an ESSSuper Member Education Consultant
• Talk to a Financial Planner

When you have 6 months (or less) left to retirement...

• Write to your employer to advise your retirement date
• Meet with an ESSSuper Member Education Consultant
