Accumulation Plan

For 14 years in a row, SuperRatings has rated ESSSuper's Accumulation Plan as Platinum (i.e. in the top 25% of funds).

SuperRatings is a third party superannuation research company providing data analysis, information and commentary to both the public and the superannuation industry. Established in 2002, it is the most widely used and accepted ratings firm in the superannuation industry. Refer to superratings.com.au for more information. Ratings are only one factor to be taken into account when choosing a super fund.

Investment Trends

ESSSuper was the highest rated fund for member satisfaction in the Investment Trends 2021 Superfund Member Engagement Report.

Running from March to May 2021, the study was based on an online survey of 9,179 members across 22 super funds.^*

We are extremely proud to be awarded for the Best in Class Government Contact Centre (under 30 seats) Award at the 19th Annual Government Contact Centre Summit. 

Best Government Contact Centre with 30 FTEs or less: GOVCC 2016 Excellence Award:
We are extremely proud to be awarded for the second year running the Best Government Contact Centre Operation (<30FTE) Award at the 16th Annual Government Contact Centre Summit. 

2015 Industry Super Fund of the Year: Roy Morgan
On 18 February 2016, we were extremely proud to be awarded for the second year running with the highly respected Roy Morgan Research 2015 Customer Satisfaction Award, for Industry Superfund of the Year. 

2014 Industry Super Fund of the Year: Roy Morgan
On 18 February 2015, we were extremely proud to be awarded with the highly respected Roy Morgan Research 2014 Customer Satisfaction Award, for Industry Superfund of the Year.

2013 Winner of the AIST Awards for Excellence in Super Member Services
The Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) recognised ESSSuper's expertise in defined benefit fund management by awarding ESSSuper the AIST Member Service Excellence Award 2013.
