It’s been an exciting and busy year at ESSSuper. Like you, we’re planning to enjoy some time with our families and friends this festive season. This means some things may take just a little longer than usual while we take a little break.

To make sure you get your pre-Christmas cash, submit your request before 10am on Thursday 21 December 2017. All requests after this won’t be processed until Tuesday 2 January 2017.

Making a complaint

At ESSSuper, we are committed to serving members and are recognised leaders in member satisfaction. As an ESSSuper member, you are our highest priority. The Protected Disclosure Act 2012 aims to protect people who report improper conduct by public officers and public bodies.
