We’ll be taking a short Christmas break

It’s been an exciting and busy year at ESSSuper. Like you, we’re planning to enjoy some time with our families and friends this festive season. This means some things may take just a little longer than usual while we take a little break.

Christmas office hours

Closing 5pm Friday 21 December 2018
Re-opening 8am Wednesday 2 January 2019

Cash withdrawals via Members Online

To make sure you get your pre-Christmas cash, submit your request before 10am on Friday 21 December 2018. All requests after this won’t be processed until Wednesday 2 January 2019.

Processing closes 10am Friday 21 December 2018
Processing resumes 8am Wednesday 2 January 2019

Income Stream and Pension Payments

To ensure you get your pre-Christmas cash, income stream and pension payments will be released early than scheduled, this December.

For members receiving monthly, quarterly and half yearly Income Stream payments, this will be paid on Thursday, 20 December 2018.

For our lifetime pension members, your pension payment will be released on Friday 21 December 2018^.

^Please be aware that depending on your financial institution, your pension payments may be slightly delayed. Please refer to your financial institution for their processing times.

Making a complaint
