Festive season 2023

Season's greetings

Thank you for supporting the Victorian community for another year. We're proud to serve you.

As in previous years, we'll be closed during the festive season. This year our office and Member Service Centre will be closed from 2:00pm Friday, 22 December 2023 until 8:00am Tuesday, 2 January 2024.

Members Online

You can continue to access your account and manage your super via Members Online.

Pension and income stream payments

Regular pension and income stream payment dates will not change over the festive and New Year period. You can download a PDF or digital pay day calendar from our Publications webpage.

Withdrawals

If eligible, you can request ad hoc partial withdrawals from your ESSSuper account at any time during this period, using Members Online. The standard conditions apply (e.g. you should generally allow up to five business days, must request less than $50,000 and retain at least $6,000 in your account, and can only submit one request per day).

If you'd like to request a partial withdrawal of more than $50,000 or a full withdrawal, please contact us before 2:00pm on Friday, 22 December 2023 so we can submit this request for you.
