Members can find their BPAY contribution details in Members Online. Employers should make payments through Employer Online.

Gender Equality Action Plan

In March 2021 Victoria introduced the Gender Equality Act 2020 (The Act). The Act seeks to improve and promote workplace gender equality by mandating public sector organisations to develop and implement a Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP).

In addition to this, ESSSuper acknowledges its obligation as part of the greater Victorian community to champion gender quality within ESSSuper. Gender equality for ESSSuper is not just about the respective rights of women, men, and persons who self-describe, but the rights of all employees to have equal access to power, resources, and opportunities regardless of personal attributes.
