2023 Annual Benefit Statements

November 29 2023

We've been working hard to get the Annual Benefit Statements (ABS) for the 2022-23 financial year to members in a timely manner.

The 2023 ABS has been sent to over 99% of members via your chosen contact preference (e.g. email or post).

We're working through a reconciliation process for the 2023 ABS of the remaining members while meeting our primary responsibility of ensuring the details we provide are accurate. We apologise to these members for this delay.

Please note:

  • If you're a Lost Member or uncontactable because we don't have your current contact details, we can't send you a statement. Please contact us to ensure your contact details are up to date.
  • Generally, you don't need your ABS for tax return purposes. If you have concerns about this, please contact us.

Resources available to you

You can see all your account details, including your current benefit/account balance as well as contributions and other transactions over the last financial year, through our Members Online system at any time.

Investment returns don't impact pensions or defined benefits, but for Accumulation Plan, Beneficiary Account, and Income Stream accounts you can see our performance over the last financial year on our Annual returns web page. Similarly, if you've got questions about how daily unit pricing works for those accounts, you can find out more on our Daily unit prices web page.

We're here for you

If you have any questions, please contact us.
