Proxy Voting Policy
In respect of the Accumulation Fund, ESSSuper have engaged with CGI Glass Lewis to provide analysis and advice on resolutions proposed by listed companies where ESSSuper is entitled to submit its vote. Company resolutions that ESSSuper will generally vote on include board composition, executive remuneration and capital management. ESSSuper’s current proxy voting report can be found below.

Proxy Voting: Defined Benefit Funds
