The approach to retirement has changed. Gone are the days when one day you were working and the next you’re not. Today there are more options available to help you achieve a smooth transition into retirement.

After years of working it’s your chance to do the things you enjoy, so why not spend some time planning for it. We want you to have the freedom and flexibility you pictured having in retirement and with an Income Stream account, your super can remain invested, whilst approaching retirement and when you’ve retired.

An income stream is your own personally funded pension.

It allows you to convert your lump sum superannuation benefits into a flexible income stream to suit your lifestyle in retirement. You can choose how much you receive and how often you'd like to receive your regular payments. You will need to select an appropriate investment option. Your Retirement Income Stream can run out. Details of the fees and costs associated with the Retirement Income stream is available in the Retirement and working income stream PDS.
Information on ESSSuper Income Streams can be found online or you can speak with any of our Member Education consultants or ESSSuper Financial Planners*.
