Members Online
We recently launched a new secure online area for ESSSuper members, called Members Online. Here you can view your personal account details in a secure web environment, the same as online banking sites.
The link to Members Online is located in the top right hand corner of this website. You will need to register before you can login, to do this you will need your member number.
Browsers
This site is designed to work on most popular browsers however we recommend that you update your browser to the most recent version.
Downloading documents
Downloadable documents are saved as ‘pdf’ files. To open and these you must have Adobe Reader on your computer.

E-newsletter and email updates
ESSSuper members can register for our regular updates on what’s happening with your super and upcoming events. Any information you give us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may cancel this service at any time.
Enlarging or reducing text
Is the text size too small and hard to read? You can easily enlarge (or reduce) it using the two ‘A’ icons located in the top right corner of your screen. A+ increases and A- reduces the font size.
Getting to the ‘home’ page
Return to the home page from any page of this site by:
• clicking on the ESSSuper logo, located in the top left corner of your screen,
• clicking the ‘home’ tab on the tab menu at the top of your page, OR
• clicking ‘home’ on the navigation trail under the main picture.
Printing pages
A printer icon is located above the main text panel. If you would like to print content from this website, simply click the printer icon when you are viewing a page that you would like to print. Pages are printer friendly and will not include heavy graphics when printed.
Search
The search function located in ‘Quick Links’ on the home page, allows you to search within our site for specific information you need. Type at least one search word in the search box and click on the magnifying glass (or press enter).
Sitemap
The sitemap link is located at the bottom of your screen. The site map looks like a family tree and shows what’s in each section of the site. Clicking on any underlined item on the site map will take you directly to the associated page.
Underlined words
Clicking on an underlined word anywhere in our website, will take you to the associated page.
